As independent investment brokers, we conciliate between buyers and sellers of real estate. Our integral services cover everything to do with individual and portfolio transactions concerning residential and commercial real estate.
We develop purchasing and selling concepts for private and institutional investors, national and international corporations, investment companies, as well as banks.
Using our local and trans-regional knowledge of the real estate market through our expertise, we support:
- Buyers, who are either portfolio holders or developers, in identifying suitable investments corresponding to their purchase or search profiles
- Sellers in finding potential investors in continuously changing market conditions

Our real estate expertise is widespread. Over the course of two decades, we gained extensive experience pertaining to German commercial, industrial and residential real estate. During an initial location and risk assessment, we inspect the development prospects, in particular those of commercial properties. This offers an initial basis for decision-making, especially for development companies. Furthermore, we assist with the due diligence inspection. The establishment of a data room is a crucial basis for this.

About us
The company founder has managed to build up an efficient company – and it all began with the renovation of existing properties. He managed the construction schedules and the execution of construction work for the alteration and expansion of residential buildings and commercial properties on his own.
Subsequently, facility and asset management developed so efficiently within the consolidated companies that these services were carried out for numerous clients.
Through the acquisition of the unused MARSTALL in the Saxon city of Zittau, new business opportunities emerged in the restoration of historical buildings and revitalisation sectors.
Within the scope of project development and management, and together with the State Office for the Preservation of Monuments and the German Foundation for Monument Protection, an intense and thriving collaboration evolved from 1999 to 2002.
As one of the largest historical salt storage units in Germany, the Marstall building (in common parlance referred to as the Salzhaus mit Alter Schmiede) is home to tenants from the trade, service and food and beverage industries, as well as to the historical Christian Weise library.
More and more, knowledge and experience became the basis of consultations starting with the analyses of potential and concept development through to suggested uses for the entire supply chain and a structured real estate brokerage.
